How to order a wedding filter?Go to our Shop Collection page. Add one or more designs to your cart, choose whether you want to have the filter available on Instagram, Facebook or both, fill in the personalized text you want to display on the filter. Place your order. Send us your pre-wedding/favorite picture for the filter thumbnail via the Chat icon at the bottom right hand side on our website. Soon after we receive your order, we will create a draft filter and send you a link to review via email. Please check your inbox/spambox within 24 hours after purchase. During the review, you can request for a maximum of 2 times revision if needed. Once approved by you, we will submit it to Instagram/Facebook. Once it is live on the platform, we will notify and send you a new link that you can share to your family & friends, and a QR code that you can print & display at the wedding venue so your guests can help capture the love!

How long will it take to create a wedding filter?We will create a draft filter for you to review within 12 hours after purchase. Once approved by you, we will submit it to Instagram/Facebook. Your wedding filter will be reviewed and approved by Instagram/Facebook within 24 hours if we submit during working days (Mon-Fri) and up to 3 days if we submit on the weekend (Sat-Sun). We recommend to order the wedding filter 4 days before your wedding day, the latest.

Can we modify the text appears on the filter?Yes, absolutely! We can modify the text to suit your occasion such as anniversary, birthday, graduation or anything else. Message us if you would like to have the modification via the Chat icon at the bottom right hand side on our website.

How long will my filter last?Once your filter is live, it doesn't expire. It will stays online as long as Instagram or Facebook still offer the story filter functionality. You can use it anytime.

Who can use my filter?Anyone who sees an Instagram/Facebook story or reels with your filter, or anyone who has access to your filter link or QR code.

I received error message "Unable to use this effect on your device"You will need to upgrade your Instagram or Facebook app and ensure they are on the latest version. If that's still doesn't work, ensure your mobile's operating system (iOS or Android) on its latest version as well.

I received error message "This effect is not available in your location"Some users in Texas & Illinois may experience this issue. The online community suggest to change the Instagram "Location Permission" setting on your device to fix this issue. On iOS: 1. Go to your iPhone "Settings" 2. Tap on "Instagram" then "Location" 3. Choose "Never" 4. Restart your iPhone On Android: 1. Go to your Android mobile "Settings" 2. Go to "Apps" then tap "Instagram" 3. Tap on "Permissions" and press the "Location" option 4. Choose "Don’t allow" 5. Restart your Android phone If this fix doesn't work for you, unfortunately nothing much further we can do. I will be happy to offer you with a full refund on this case, because customer satisfaction is my priority!
